Ogroshor is an AI-powered education and exam-preparation platform for learners in Bangladesh. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and delete data related to learning, AI tutoring, quizzes, mock tests, subscriptions, official-signal tracking, and support.
1. Information we collect
Account data: Name, phone number, email address, password or login method, language preference, device information, and account settings.
Learning data: Study goals, selected exam tracks, subjects, topics, practice history, quiz answers, mock-test results, accuracy, speed, revision history, weak topics, streaks, XP, and progress analytics.
AI Tutor interaction data: Questions, prompts, answers, hints, explanations, follow-up messages, feedback, and safety signals used to provide and improve AI-guided learning.
Quiz and mock-test performance: Question attempts, selected options, correctness, timing, difficulty signals, explanations viewed, retakes, and readiness summaries.
Study goals and exam preferences: BCS, Bank, SSC, HSC, University Admission, Government Jobs, career goals, preferred study routine, and onboarding responses.
Offline-pack sync data: Downloaded study packs, sync timestamps, progress changes made offline, device sync state, and conflict-resolution metadata.
Payment and subscription data: Plan, amount, currency, payment provider, transaction reference, invoice status, renewal/cancellation state, and support records. We do not store full card numbers.
Support and contact data: Messages, attachments if provided, ticket details, priority, phone/email, and response history.
Technical and security data: IP address, browser/device metadata, session identifiers, error logs, rate-limit signals, fraud-prevention signals, and security audit events.
2. How we use data
We use data to

3. AI safety and explanation disclaimer
AI Tutor explanations are educational assistance, not official exam, job, legal, or professional advice. AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Learners should verify important decisions, deadlines, eligibility, and official notices through the relevant official source.
We may review AI interactions, feedback, and safety signals to improve quality, reduce harmful outputs, and protect learners.
4. Children and minor users
Ogroshor may be used by school learners. Younger learners should use the platform with parent, guardian, school, or authorized adult involvement where required by law. If a parent or guardian believes a child has submitted data without proper consent, contact privacy@ogroshor.com.
5. Sharing data
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate Ogroshor, such as hosting, analytics, payments, messaging, customer support, fraud prevention, AI infrastructure, and error monitoring.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users and the platform, to prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of business assets.
6. Official-source and JobStream data
JobStream organizes public information from official or public sources. If you click official application, result, admit-card, or circular links, the destination site may collect data under its own privacy policy.
7. Data retention
We keep data as long as needed to provide the service, maintain learning history, comply with financial/legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytics and product improvement.
8. Data deletion requests
You may request account deletion or data deletion by contacting privacy@ogroshor.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request. Some records may be retained where required for legal, payment, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data. No system is perfectly secure, so users should protect their login credentials, OTPs, devices, and account access.
10. Your choices
You may update account information, change study preferences, manage notifications, stop using the service, or request deletion. Some features may not work properly if required data is removed.

Some providers may process data outside Bangladesh. We use providers and safeguards intended to support secure service operation.
